On 07/12/2026 at 10:12 am, CPD took a report of an access device fraud. The reporting person informed dispatch that a male entered his store, and paid with several fraudulent credit/ debit cards. The person shown in this photo may have information relevant to an ongoing police investigation. He is a person of interest but not necessarily a suspect at this time.
