On June 18, 2026, the West Earl Township Police Department received a report from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Childline, regarding a 19-year-old male who allegedly exposed himself to children in the neighborhood on Martin Road in Earl Township. The individual was identified as Gordon Lee Fox. Following an interview with Detective Halstead on June 23, 2026, Fox admitted to exposing himself to two neighboring girls, whom he believed to be 10 and 12 years old, on multiple occasions between early May and the time of the police notification. He also confessed to exposing himself and engaging in inappropriate behavior towards an adult neighbor.

As a result of the investigation, Gordon Lee Fox was taken into custody on July 2, 2026, and charged by Detective Halstead with three counts of indecent exposure. Fox was arraigned by District Judge William Benner, and his bail was set at $15,000.00. He was able to post bail and is currently not in custody. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
