On June 25, 2026, at approximately 1:02 am, officers observed a vehicle being operated on SR0222 without any illuminated rear lights.  A traffic stop was initiated, and officers determined the driver was impaired.  A breath test indicated a blood alcohol concentration of .146%.  He was sent a summons to appear in District Court.
