Joseph Zisa, 27, of Reamstown, PA, was taken into custody on an outstanding arrest warrant after a vehicle stop in the 1st block of Summers Drive on June 18, 2026, at approximately 6:33 pm.  He was turned over to the Ephrata Police Department.
