DUI-20 June 2026 at 1:49AM - Hans C. ROSENFELD M/38 of Millersville, PA is accused of the above offenses. On or about the listed time and date a West Lampeter Township Police Officer was conducting proactive patrol in the 1000 Blk. Willow Street Pike Lancaster, PA. At that time, he observed the driver of a black Volkswagen fail to stop for a stop sign as it was driven from southbound Willow Street Pike onto northbound Willow Street Pike/Highland Ave. The officer conducted a traffic stop for the traffic violation and identified the driver as the accused, Hans C. ROSENFELD. ROSENFELD showed signs of being under the influence of alcohol and admitted to the officer that he had been drinking. A roadside investigation was conducted and ROSENFELD was arrested. He was transported to the West Lampeter Township Police Department where he consented to a chemical test of breath. This test indicated that ROSENFELD had a BAC of .160%. He was fingerprinted and booked at the police station before being released to a family member. Charges for the above DUI offenses and the stop sign violation to be brought before MDJ Benner. He is awaiting his preliminary hearing on these charges.
The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
