URGENT NOTICE
The City has received reports of an individual posing as a water department employee, visiting homes after hours, and requesting to read meters inside residents' homes. Please be aware that these individuals are not affiliated with the City and should not be granted access to your home.
Legitimate City Employees will always provide proper identification and will not visit homes after hours unless it is an emergency situation. If you are unsure about the identity of someone claiming to be a City Employee, please call the Communications Center at 570-748-2936 to verify their identity.
