On May 4th, 2026, West Earl Township Police Department officers responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of Blossom Lane in New Holland Borough. Upon arrival, they discovered a 17-year-old female juvenile had been involved in a verbal altercation with the victims while walking to the park, which escalated to her throwing shoes at them. The incident was captured on video, which was reviewed by the officers.

Following an investigation, the 17-year-old juvenile female is facing a summary charge of Harassment, filed by Officer Jeremy Sorensen before District Judge Jonathan Heisse. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
