Hussam Binbreak, 40, of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with Retail Theft after Turkey Hill employees stopped him after he left the store at 1 Denver Road, with $15.35 worth of merchandise that he did not pay for. Officers arrived and took him into custody.  He was cited for Retail Theft and turned over to the Pennsylvania State Police on an outstanding arrest warrant.
