As of 11:35 p.m., the power has been restored, and the traffic signals are functioning properly.

The Borough of Chambersburg is currently experiencing a power outage on the west side of town, leaving several intersections without traffic control signals. Fire Police Officers are at those intersections directing traffic. Please use caution in those areas. The electric department is enroute to locate the cause of the outage, and an update will be posted once the electricity is restored.
