On Monday, January 5, DA Katie Charlton was sworn into a third term of office by the Honorable President Judge Chase G. McClister of the Armstrong County Court of Common Pleas following her election in November. After taking her oath of office, Charlton thanked the residents of Armstrong County for their continued support and trust in her and her office, her staff, Attorneys and Detectives, and her family for their continued support and sacrifice. Stated Charlton, "I am proud of the work my office has accomplished over the past eight years to keep our communities safe and holding criminals responsible for their conduct. I am honored to continue to represent the people of Armstrong County for the next four years."
