OLDER WARRANT

On April 10, 2023, at 5:32 p.m., the Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to the Walmart in East Stroudsburg for a report of a retail theft.  Loss prevention related a female identified as Miriam Mendez had concealed $157.46 worth of merchandise in a bag and attempted to leave the store without paying.

Mendez was taken into custody and transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility for processing.

Charges were filed and a bench warrant was issued for failure to appear for court.
