Jacob C. Gabriel De Leon, 19, of Leola, PA, was charged with Driving Under Influence, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages and several summary traffic violations after a single vehicle crash on September 04, 2025, at approximately 12:16 am.  Officers responded to the 300 block of Hahnstown Road and found Gabriel De Leon's vehicle veered off the road and struck a utility pole.  He was not injured but officers determined he was impaired.  A blood test indicated a blood alcohol concentration of .219% and levels of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana.  Officers also learned his operating privileges were suspended or revoked.  He was sent a summons to appear in District Court.
