Charles Wolf, 78, of Ephrata, PA, was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under Influence, Possession of Marijuana, and General Lighting Requirements (summary traffic violation), after a vehicle stop in the 600 block of North Reading Road, on 03 July 2025, at approximately 2:03am.   He admitted to smoking marijuana prior to driving and a blood test indicated levels of THC, the active ingredient of marijuana in his system.  He was sent a summons to appear in District Court.
