The pictured male driving a white Dodge van stole a NOCO battery pack from our speed timing device yesterday at 4:52 pm from the intersection of Blue Church Road South and Wild Cherry Drive.  The male was traveling south on Blue Church Road.  If anyone has information or video and can identify the male or provide us with a registration plate of the vehicle, we would greatly appreciate you submitting a tip through our Crimewatch page or by contacting us at (610)282-3064.  Thank you.
