Heidi Lindsay, 51, of Reinholds, PA, was charged with Driving Under Influence after officers investigated suspicious activity at Adam's Antiques, 2400 North Reading Road, on 23 October 2024, at approximately 0055 hours.  An officer was on patrol and noticed a vehicle was parked with their headlights on, at the flea market stands at Adams Antiques.  The officer, knowing the business is closed, investigated further and found Lindsay in the driver's seat and in physical control of the vehicle.  Officers determined Lindsay was impaired and she was arrested and refused a breath test.  She was sent a summons to appear in District Court.  If convicted, she faces enhanced criminal penalties for refusing a breath test according to the Pennsylvania Implied Consent Law.
