Jayden Lee Riley, 19, of Ephrata, was charged with 2 counts of Driving Under Influence, Driving Under Influence as a minor with a BAC of .02% and 2 summary traffic violations after officers investigated a single vehicle crash in the 900 block of Ridge Avenue on 23 June 2024, at approximately 0355 hours.  Riley was operating a vehicle and veered off the roadway and struck a utility pole.  He denied being injured and officers determined he was impaired.  A breath test indicated a blood alcohol concentration of .080%.  He was sent a summons to appear in District Court.
