Alfonsina Michelle Cruz-Colon, 42, of Reading, PA, was charged with Simple Assault and Harassment (Domestic Violence related) on 22 July 2023, at approximatively 0134 hours.  Officers were dispatched to the Penn Amish Motel, 2480 North Reading Road for a domestic dispute in progress.  Officers arrived and found Cruz-Colon bit the victim causing a laceration.  The victim was treated on scene by ambulance personnel and Cruz-Colon was arrested.  She was arraigned at Lancaster County Central Booking and released on unsecured bail.
