Jeffrey E Hallman, age 54, of the 1st block of Pelham Road Reinholds, PA was charged with 2 counts of DUI after a crash that occurred in the 1200 block of North Reading Road in East Cocalico Township on December 8, 2015.   On that date at 1823 hours, Hallman was involved in a motor vehicle crash in front of the Reamstown Car Wash.  Hallman, who suffered minor injuries was treated and released at the scene.  Officers determined that Hallman was impaired and he was transported to the Ephrata Hospital for a blood test.  Subsequent results of the blood test indicated that Hallman had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.06% and was under the influence of Amphetamines at the time of the test.  

The driver of the second vehicle in the crash, Edward Siver of Columbia, was charged with Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked.
