May 8, 2023
Incidents:
Theft – On April 24, 2023, between 9:30am and 2:30pm, a package was containing five Samsung Tabs was stolen from a porch in the 600 block of E. Bald Eagle St.
Crash – On May 5, 2023, at approximately 1:00pm, unit 1 was backing into a driveway at 611 E. Park St and struck a street sign.
Offenses Charged:
- Oliva Grieb, 33, Lock Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance. On October 7, 2022, Clinton County Adult Probation did a house check on Grieb’s residence and found white powdery substance which was identified by the State Police lab as being methylphenidate and buprenorphine.
- Olivia Grieb, 33, Lock Haven was charged with Prohibited Acts and Possession of a Controlled Substance. On December 3, 2022, Grieb was taken into custody on a probation detainer and five pills were found on her person. The pills were identified by the State Police lab as being buprenorphine.
- Maria Louise Solt, 29, Lock Haven, was charged with Furnishing Drug-Free Urine. On April 25, 2023, Solt attempted to use someone else’s urine to pass a urinalysis at Clinton County Probation.
- William Joshua Garrett, 49, Lock Haven. On May 5, 2023, an officer spoke with Garrett and found him to be wanted out of Escambia County, Florida. The Escambia County Sheriff’s Department wished to extradite Garrett, so he was placed in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.
