Bucks County District Court MDJ-07-2-08 issued an Arrest Warrant following charges issued by Perkasie Borough Police Department on Arnold Ludd of Brooklyn New York.  Mr. Ludd has been charged with Felony Retail Theft following an incident at the Rite Aid on Constitution Ave. in Perkasie Borough on February 12, 2023 at approximately 5:00 p.m.  Over one hundred dollars of over the county medicine was reported stolen. Perkasie Borough Police Department is actively seeking Mr. Ludd.
