Amanda Richards, 39, of Lititz, PA, was charged with Theft by Failure to make Required Disposition of Funds Received, for writing a check on a closed account for services in the amount of $442.91, on 30 August, 2022.  Employees of the business contacted police after they tried numerous times to contact Richards but were unsuccessful.  Police investigated and filed the charge on 19 September 2022.
