A 17 year old Newmanstown juvenile was cited for Retail Theft on June 5, 2015, after he failed to pay for various grocery items at Weaver Markets, 2610 North Reading Road, East Cocalico Township.  Two additional Denver area juveniles, ages 15 and 14, will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel.
