On 5/26/2020 at approximately 2:00 p.m., the pictured "Shrimp Guy" stole 4 bags of shrimp from Weis Markets (1603 Lincoln Highway East).  The theft suspect placed the shrimp into a black backpack he was wearing and exited the store making his getaway on a bicycle riding towards Lancaster City.  Anyone with information on the identity of the "Shrimp Guy" is requested to contact Ofc.
