Yessenia A Booher, 25, of Ephrata, PA was charged with 3 counts of Driving Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and 4 traffic summaries, including driving with a suspended license, after a traffic stop that occurred in the 1400 block of North Reading Road on August 2, 2019.   At 2207 hours, an East Cocalico Township Police Officer stopped Booher's vehicle for a traffic violation.   The Officer determined that Booher was impaired and a blood test indicated that she had high levels of Marijuana in her blood at the time of the test.     

After Booher was placed in custody, Officers located a small amount of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia in her vehicle.   Officers also determined that Booher's driver's license was suspended and her inspection and registration were expired.   

Booher was sent a summons to appear in District Court.
