Domestic Violence/Terroristic Threats-1 May 2026 - Juan C. MALDONADO M/32 of Lancaster, PA is accused of the listed offense. On 8 May 2026 West Lampeter Township Police were dispatched to a residence in the 1900 Blk. Willow Street Pike for a report of domestic related terroristic threats. Upon arrival officers conducted an investigation and spoke to the girlfriend of the accused, Juan MALDONADO. She provided a statement and evidence showing that between 1 May 2026 and 2 May 2026 MALDONADO had threatened to kill her which caused her to be afraid for her safety and the safety of her family. As a result of the investigation MALDONADO was charged with one count of Terroristic Threats before MDJ Benner and a warrant for his arrest was issued. On 29 May 2026 MALDONADO was taken into custody and arraigned. He received a bail of $25,000 and was remanded to Lancaster County Prison at that time. He is awaiting his preliminary hearing on these charges.

The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
