8/13/23 at 11:06AM, Officers were dispatched for a report of suspicious activity in the 100 Block of W. Cedar Street. (KS-23-008079).

8/13/23 at 8:30PM, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of E. State Street and N. Broad Street on a vehicle whose registration showed the owner’s license to be suspended DUI related. (KS-23-008091). Upon making contact with the operator of the vehicle it was deemed this was not the registered owner of the vehicle and they were free to leave.

8/14/23 at 2:27AM, Officers were dispatched for a welfare check in the 100 Block of E. State Street. (KS-23-008106). When Officers made contact with the reporting party via phone, the reporting party was confused why they were calling and did not appear lucid.

8/14/23 at 1:15PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of vandalism on a dumpster in the 200 Block of S. Washington Street. (KS-23-008119). Photos were taken of the graffiti.

8/14/23 at 1:59PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a solicitor in the area of N. Union Street and E. Sickle Street. (KS-23-008114). Contact was made with the solicitor who was advised he needed a permit.

8/14/23 at 2:42PM, Officers were dispatched for a well-being check in the 600 Block of W. Mulberry Street. (KS-23-008117). The reporting party stated they talked to the subject earlier, but they did not show up for work. Officers were able to make contact with the subject at their residence and all seemed okay.

8/14/23 at 6:27PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of Magnolia Street in reference to a domestic disturbance. (KS-23-008126). Officers were advised the verbal argument occurred over the phone and all was okay.

8/15/23 at 11:08AM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of E. Cope Road for a report regarding harassment. (KS-23-008142).

8/15/23 at 1:47PM, Officers were dispatched for a police report involving fraud and theft. (KS-23-008145). It was discovered that approximately $35,000 was taken between two accounts. Pending investigation.

8/15/23 at 5:554PM, Officers were dispatched in reference to street parking and noise ordinances. (KS-23-008150). The reporting party was advised of the Borough Ordinances involving parking and noise.

8/16/23 at 1:31PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of damage found to a vehicle in the area of W. Cypress Street and Lafayette Street. (KS-23-008179).

8/16/23 at 7:14PM, Officers were dispatched for a vehicle struck on the driver side in the 500 Block of Center Street. (KS-23-008182). Pending review of surveillance footage.

8/17/23 at 6:41PM, Officers were dispatched for keys locked in a vehicle in the 300 Block of E. State Street. (KS-23-8210).

8/17/23 at 9:46PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of an erratic driver in the area of S. Union Street and E. Cypress Street with a ten-minute time delay. (KS-23-008213). Patrols were conducted in the area with negative results.

8/18/23 3:02PM, Officers were dispatched to an accident involving a vehicle with a tree limb on N. Walnut Street at Waterworks Drive. (KS-23-008237). Due to the location of the accident the incident was turned over to Kennett Township Police Department.

8/18/23 at 8:02PM, while conducting a patrol check at the Parking Garage, Officers observed one of the fire extinguishers appeared to be discharged. (KS-23-008246). Pending review of surveillance cameras.

8/18/23 at 12:26AM, Officers were dispatched for a vehicle repossession in the 400 Block of Birch Street. (KS-23-008217).

8/18/23 at 10:13PM, Officers were dispatched to assist Southern Chester County Regional Police Department with a disturbance in the 200 Block of First Avenue due to SCCRPD being unable to respond due to call volume. (KS-23-008254).

8/19/23 at 9:46PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of E. Mulberry Street for a report of juveniles drinking. (KS-23-008272). Upon making contact with the homeowner, it was advised no juveniles were drinking at their residence.

8/16/23 at 4”02PM, Officers were dispatched for a Non-Reportable Accident on E. State Street. (KS-23-008181).

8/16/23 at 7:12PM, Officers were dispatched for a Hit & Run Accident at the intersection of N. Willow Street and E. Linden Street. (KS-23-008059).
