The North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) is investigating a shooting at 4306 Rivers Ave.

On July 28th just before midnight, officers responded to the Fabian Shopping Center for reports of gunfire. Arriving officers were met with a large crowd, patronizing the First & 15th Bar-Lounge at the shopping center. Patrons spoken to denied any shooting occurred there. While investigating, a nearby hospital notified officers that an adult male gunshot victim just arrived in the emergency room. The investigation placed this victim at the bar-lounge.

The case remains under active investigation, and as of now, no individuals have been taken into custody in connection with the incident.
