An Officer from the West Manchester Township Police Department received a call from the victim who wanted to report that on 03/31/2019 at 1421 hours they were checking out at a register at the Walmart when they left their wallet sitting on the checkout counter. The wallet was turned into the customer service desk, however, missing from the wallet was $62.00 in cash.

Walmart management reviewed video and observed a white female that was behind the victim in line, pick up the wallet. She did not turn the wallet over to the cashier but turned away from her and appeared to rummage through the wallet. After the female checked out, she hands the wallet to what appears to be a Hispanic male, who then turns the wallet into the customer service desk.
