Public Safety Announcement: Windshield Obstructions of any kind are prohibited per Pennsylvania Vehicle Code.

Title 75 Section 4524 (c) Windshield obstructions and wipers - No person shall drive any motor vehicle with any object or material hung from the inside rearview mirror in such a position as to obstruct, obscure or impair the driver's vision through the front windshield or any manner to constitute a safety hazard.

REMINDER - No Windshield Obstructions Permitted including Handicap placards

Handicap placards are to be hung from the rearview mirror only while the vehicle is parked in a handicap parking stall.  Placard MUST BE REMOVED while the vehicle is in motion.
