The Fairview Township Police Department has charged Joanne Sheaffer and Timothy Hughes with allegedly stealing more than $217,000 in profits from Access Bus and Van Sales.

The investigation determined business revenues were deposited into Hughes’ personal bank account following the sale of the business in March 2025.

Both are charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking and Conspiracy to Commit Theft by Unlawful Taking, both graded as second-degree felonies.
