Consumer fireworks may NOT be used:

• Within 150 feet of any building or vehicle
• On public or private property without the express permission of the property owner
• From, within, or directed at a vehicle or building
• Directed at another person
• While under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• On Borough streets, sidewalks, parks, parking lots, or other Borough property without authorization

Because of the 150-foot requirement, there are very few locations within Lansdale Borough where consumer fireworks can be used legally.
