On Sunday, March 08, 2026, the Stroud Area Regional Police Department took custody of a dog that was located in the area of N 2nd/ N 3rd St, Stroudsburg Borough by a concerned citizen. The Stroud Area Regional Police Department is seeking assistance in locating the owner of the dog. The dog is not chipped and did not have any collar or tags. The dog is an adult male pit mix, black and white in color. 

Anyone with information about the owners of the dog are asked to "Submit a tip". All tipsters can remain anonymous or leave contact information for the investigating officer.
