On Friday, March 27, 2026, at 0829 hours SARPD responded to Lowes, 5027 Windsor Dr. Stroud Township in reference to a male suspect unlawfully removing and under-ringing merchandise in a course of conduct beginning on January 10, 2026, and again on February 20, 2026.

Following the two incidents, the suspect stole 519.41 USD in merchandise. The suspect was last seen operating a 2015 Ford Transit Connect XL Cargo Van bearing New York registration KGR5094. 

Anyone with information on the identity of this suspect is asked to "Submit a tip".  All tipsters can remain anonymous or leave contact information for the investigating officer.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.  THESE ARE MERELY ACCUSATIONS OF A CRIME.
