On 1-13-26, SARPD was dispatched to the area of N. 5th St and Crescent St in Stroud Twp for a found dog.  A resident in the area found a black and white male dog wondering the area.  The dog was scanned and found to not be chipped.  If anyone knows the identity of the dog or its owner, please "Submit a tip" or contact the Monroe County Control Center at 570-992-9911.  The dog is currently under the care of SARPD and proof of ownership will be required.
