MINIATURE HORSE BRINGS BARN SCENE TO REAL LIFE!

Officers Gallagher and Littlehale created a barnyard inspired trunk or treat display at the 2020 MT Halloween Carnival, which took place on October 31st, 2020 at the Stauffer Mansion Park in Manheim Township.  The display was topped off with a hand-painted cow named Mabel, who was created by Officer Gallagher, and a real live miniature horse named Franklin, who just happens to have his own Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts.  Chief Rudzinski also made a guest appearance for the dozens of families who came through the carnival and trunk or treat area.  We are looking forward to participating again in 2021.  We hope to see you there!
