2026 STARTING SALARY
Academy / Non-Certified: $60,849.91

Under the current contract, the salary schedule reaches $116,326.25 for a six-year patrol officer in 2029. Experienced municipal police officers with MPOETC certification may be eligible for up to four years of credit on the salary schedule, including vacation, subject to approval.
