On November 25, 2023, Manheim Township Police, Fire Rescue, and Ambulance responded to a Class 1 vehicle accident with rollover on York Rd at Lititz Pk. Responders arrived to find two vehicles involved, one on its roof. It was determined that in the overturned vehicle had been a family of four, including two small children. Fortunately, all were properly restrained with seatbelts and child safety seats, which prevented what could have been a severe injury.  

This is a reminder that properly restraining your children in a properly installed car seat can be the difference between going home or going to the hospital!
