We are saddened to announce the passing of retired Officer Dave Bair, who faithfully served Manheim Township from 1989 to 2014.

Dave was known for his calm presence, steady leadership, humor, and nerves of steel.  He led by example, earning the respect of those around him through quiet strength and unwavering dedication.

He was a devoted family man who took great pride in his loved ones and the life he built beyond the badge.

His passing is a profound loss to his family, those of us who had the privilege of working alongside him, and to the community he served with quiet dedication and just the right amount of humor.
