Manheim Township Police are investigating the fraudulent use of a victim's debit card to make purchases at Best Buy in Lancaster City. We have identified one of the suspects, but a second suspect remains to be identified. On August, 2, 2026, the pictured individual purchased two gift cards and a magnetic phone holder using the victim's debit card info. The total loss was $931.79. The victim does not know the person in the security photos.
