Lottery Looter Hits Weis!

On Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at approximately 11:41 a.m., the male depicted below was inside Weis Markets, located at 1643 Manheim Pike.  Surveillance video shows the male walking past the lottery ticket dispenser before returning moments later.  The male then redeemed a $200 lottery voucher that had inadvertently been left behind by the victim, who was no longer on scene.  After cashing the voucher, the male exited the store.
