Lititz Borough – The LBPD currently holds two active arrest warrants for Matthew Robert MILLER, age 30, last known address of Newmanstown for Altered, Forged or Counterfeit Documents and Plates, Operation without Certificate of Inspection, Evidence of Emission Inspection and Default in Required Appearance. 

On 10/27/2020, the LBPD received an arrest warrant for MILLER after he failed to appear in court on charges of Altered, Forged or Counterfeit Documents and Plates, Operation without Certificate of Inspection, and Evidence of Emission Inspection

On 12/14/2020, the LBPD filed additional charges against MILLER for Default in Required Appearance, after he failed to appear to be fingerprinted. 

On 02/16/2021, the LBPD received another arrest warrant for MILLER after he failed to appear in court on the Default in Required Appearance charges.
