LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed summary non-traffic citations against three juveniles (ages 16, 16 and 15), alleging they committed the crime of Purchase, Consumption, Possession or Transportation of Liquor or Malt or Brewed Beverages.

The three juveniles were passengers inside a vehicle that was stopped for a traffic violation on 03/26/2023 around 12:19 am in the 700 Block of South Broad Street (SR0501). It is alleged that all three juveniles were found to have consumed alcoholic beverages. The juveniles have been summoned to respond to District Court.

The juveniles are presumed innocent.
