LITITZ BOROUGH - On 02/21/2023 around 3:44 PM, the LBPD patrol function responded to the 600 Block of South Cedar Street. A caller reported witnessing someone who appeared to be trying to enter parked vehicles. The caller described a white male, in their 20's, utilizing a coat hanger to attempt to enter parked vehicles. When patrol officers arrived, nobody matching that description was located. Additionally, there did not appear to be any vehicles that had been entered nor were any reports subsequently received.
