FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The LBPD patrol function has filed summary non-traffic citations against Kenneth MARCELLUS (age 20), of Lititz, and Sarah NAGY (age 18), of Lititz, alleging each committed the crime of Disorderly Conduct.

On 08/12/2019 at 1:14 AM, members of the LBPD were dispatched to a domestic issue on East Orange Street near Raspberry Lane.  As a result of the investigation, summary non-traffic citations were filed against both MARCELLUS and NAGY, alleging they engaged in fighting behavior.  Both have been summoned to respond to District Court.

MARCELLUS and NAGY are presumed innocent.
