FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The LBPD patrol function has filed summary non-traffic citations against both Nathan A. BOMBERGER (age 19) of Columbia and Dayne H. MINNEY (age 18) of Manheim, alleging each committed the crime of Disorderly Conduct.

On 09/15/2019 at 8:39 PM, an LBPD patrol officer conducted a traffic stop in the 400 Block of West Orange Street (SR0772) for a traffic violation.  During the course of the traffic stop, it is alleged that BOMBERGER was found in possession of a small amount of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia and MINNEY was found to be in possession of a small amount of Marijuana.  Both were released from the scene and have been summoned to respond to District Court.

BOMBERGER and MINNEY are presumed innocent.
