FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The LBPD patrol function has filed a summary non-traffic citation against George Newcomer RIFFLE III (age 52), of San Diego, CA, alleging the crime of public drunkenness.

On 02/11/2020 at 12:23 AM, an LBPD patrol officer observed RIFFLE in a public location, allegedly manifestly under the influence of alcohol, removing traffic cones and posts which were placed on the roadway to mark a piece of construction equipment parked adjacent to the roadway.  RIFFLE has been summoned to respond to District Court.

RIFFLE is presumed innocent.
