The LBPD is sharing information with the Lititz Community regarding the loss of Callie, the facility dog at Bonfield Elementary School. The LBPD conducted a timely and thorough investigation. The subject of the investigation fully cooperated with police. The investigation was then reviewed by the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office, and it was determined by the District Attorney's Office that the subject's actions and intent simply did not rise to the level of a criminal act. The LBPD expresses our condolences to the students, staff, and families of the Warwick School District.
