FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The Lancaster County website has posted information related to an Administrative Order on March 18, 2020, ordering that the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County and all Magisterial District Judge offices close to the public except for emergency proceedings.

This is effective as of 03/18/2020 at 5:00 PM and tentatively to remain in place until 04/15/2020 at 8:00 AM, however "re-evaluation shall be conducted as deemed necessary."

All court proceedings scheduled during this time period will be rescheduled.
