JUVENILE ARRESTS - SIMPLE ASSAULT AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT:

The LBPD patrol function has filed a juvenile allegation against a 14 year-old juvenile alleging the crime of Simple Assault and a summary non-traffic citation against a 15 year-old juvenile alleging the crime of Disorderly Conduct.

The juvenile allegation and summary non-traffic citation result from a mutual combatant fight which occurred in the 300 Block of West Orange Street on 10/04/2018 at 8:07 AM.

The juveniles have been summoned into Juvenile Court and District Court, respectively.

The juveniles are presumed innocent.
