LITITZ BOROUGH - On 03/18/2021 around 2:19 PM, LBPD patrol officers were dispatched to the Weis Markets on South Broad Street for a report of two people fighting in the parking lot. Upon arrival of the patrol officers, both subjects had already left. One subject eventually came to the LBPD to make a report. That person, an adult male, reported he was confronted over utilizing a handicap parking space after the other person did not see that he had a placard displayed. The male denied any physical assault occurred and that it was just yelling. The other subject involved was not identified.
